Founded in 2010, The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter is a chartered chapter of the National Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association.  SFBA HPNA is a membership organization for professionals of the interdisciplinary team specializing in hospice and palliative care.  

The mission of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association is to advance expert care in serious illness. The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association is dedicated to transforming the care and culture of serious  illness through education and collaboration.
